Cancellation & Refund Policy

At FieldView Homestay, we understand that travel plans may change unexpectedly. Our cancellation and refund policy is designed to be as fair and flexible as possible while allowing us to manage availability and operations efficiently.

1. Cancellation Before 30 Days

If you cancel more than 30 days before your check-in date, 10% of the total booking amount will be retained as a processing fee. The remaining amount will be refunded.

2. Cancellation Between 15 to 30 Days

If you cancel your booking 15 to 30 days prior to check-in, 50% of the total booking amount will be retained. The balance 50% will be refunded.

3. Cancellation Within 15 Days

Cancellations made within 15 days of the scheduled check-in date will not be eligible for any refund. The full amount will be retained.

4. No-Show Policy

If you fail to check-in without prior notice (no-show), the entire booking amount will be forfeited. No refunds will be issued.

5. Early Departure

In case of an early departure after check-in, no refunds will be granted for the unused nights.

6. Modifications to Booking

Date changes are subject to availability and must be requested in advance. Applicable charges may apply. The original cancellation policy will still apply to the initial booking dates.

7. Group Booking Terms

For group bookings, custom cancellation terms may apply. Please reach out to our reservations team for specific terms before confirming your group stay.

8. Force Majeure Clause

In case of events beyond control—such as natural disasters, travel restrictions, or pandemics—FieldView Homestay will work with guests to offer rescheduling or credits, wherever applicable.

Refund Policy

75% refund if cancellation is made more than 22 days before check-in.

50% refund if cancellation is made between 15–21 days before check-in.

25% refund if cancellation is made between 7–14 days before check-in.

No refund for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in, or for no-shows.

Welcome to FieldView Homestay. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and services, and outline policies related to bookings, usage, liabilities, and guest conduct.

1. Arrival & Departure Policy

Check-In Time: 1:00 PM

Check-Out Time: 11:00 AM

Early check-in is subject to availability. To guarantee early check-in, we recommend booking the night prior.

2. Cancellation Policy

All cancellations, alterations, or curtailments are subject to the terms outlined in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

3. Extra Person & Child Policy

Children under 5 years can stay with parents at no additional charge, without an extra bed.

Children aged 5–10 years will be charged applicable child rates.

Children 10 years and above will be considered adults and charged accordingly.

4. Government ID Requirement

Valid government-issued photo ID is mandatory for all guests at check-in. Acceptable IDs include:

Driver’s License

Aadhaar Card

(PAN cards will not be accepted as valid ID.

5. Pet Policy

We love animals, but unfortunately, pets are not allowed at FieldView Homestay.
